Stay Calm and Make Money

We have recently seen a lot of volatility in the markets over the past month. It’s times like these we hear a lot of the following comments.

"I’ve missed the bottom; buy now before it keeps going up!"
"I just took a look at my portfolio and I am losing too much money!"
"I have money to invest what can I buy today!"
"Sell me out before the market crashes!"

In volatile markets like we have at present it is important to make sure you listen to your adviser and make sensible investment decisions. Emotions have no place when investing. The movement we see in the market at present is due to irrational behaviour of other investors. Stay rational and take advantage of the mistakes of others; your portfolio will thank you for it.
